Donations

...large and small are welcome! If you have any questions about the instructions, email mlab-web (at) mit (dot) edu. Donations can be made to either a specific project, like the Leveraged Freedom Chair (LFC) or just to M-Lab via check or wire transfer.

Checks

Donations may be sent to the address below and must include a designation for the funds in the memo note, such as "In support of the MIT Mobility Lab" or "In support of the Leveraged Freedom Chair project.". Make sure your address (donor address) is included either on the check or in the envelope.
In short: write designation of funds (M-Lab or LFC) in the memo, make checks out to MIT, and send to:

Wire Transfer - Foreign Currency

Gifts to be made in a foreign currency, need SPECIAL wire transfer instructions. Advance details are required in order for MIT to make appropriate arrangements with the bank to accept your gift. If you will be wiring the funds in foreign currency, please send a fax or email to the Office of the Recording Secretary (address below) with the following information:

Name of donor
Amount of wire transfer
SPECIFIC CURRENCY (i.e., Japanese yen, Euro dollars/Euros, Swedish krona, etc.)
Purpose of gift: Donation for Mobility Lab or Donation for M-Lab's LFC project
**Note: Mobility Lab and M-Lab refer to the same lab.
